had the pleasure of dining at a charming roadside steamboat shop, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Nestled by the highway, this little gem offers a cozy ambiance perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. The variety of fresh ingredients was impressive, from an array of vegetables and tofu to an assortment of meats and seafood. Each ingredient was exceptionally fresh, and it was evident that quality was a top priority. The broth options were equally delightful, with rich, flavorful choices that catered to different taste preferences. I particularly enjoyed the spicy tom yum broth, which had just the right balance of heat and tanginess. What truly set this steamboat shop apart was the warm and attentive service. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, eager to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. They provided helpful recommendations and were quick to replenish ingredients and broths as needed. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. It was refreshing to find such an excellent dining option that didn't break the bank. This roadside steamboat shop is a hidden treasure worth discovering. With its fresh ingredients, flavorful broths, and exceptional service, it provides a memorable dining experience that leaves you wanting to return again and again. Highly recommended!

I was intrigued when I drove by and saw a crowd, and even more so when I noticed their 4.9/5 rating on Google. I tried the tomato-based soup and the mala soup. While the tomato soup was average, my boyfriend thought the mala soup was one of the best he’s ever had (he's a big spicy food lover) The price was reasonable, costing RM102 for three people. Gave service a 2 star, because its mainly self service, i.e take whichever dish you like from the chiller fridge inside, and the waiter will come at the end to calculate (goes by colour of the bowl/plate I think). However, it's worth noting that the high ratings might be influenced by an offer: write a Google review and get free pork (I did not participate in this).

I had an incredible dining experience at DITAN HOT POT! The mala hotpot was absolutely delicious, with the soup base bursting with rich, authentic flavors that were perfectly balanced. Each bite was a delightful explosion of spices and aromas that truly captured the essence of traditional mala cuisine. Not only was the food exceptional, but the prices were also incredibly affordable. It's rare to find such high-quality ingredients and expertly crafted dishes at such reasonable prices. The combination of superb taste and great value for money makes this restaurant a must-visit for any hotpot enthusiast. Highly recommended!

My family and I came here to eat Hot Pot. The first time I went to a hot pot restaurant. It was 11 o'clock at night. But the staff didn't say that the restaurant was about to close. We waited for them to order the food. We hadn't had time to eat yet. The staff said that the ordering time was almost up. They asked us what we wanted to order. Or get more ourselves. We were about to order more food when the refrigerator ran out of food and the staff took it all away. So the staff said that we wanted to order more quickly because the restaurant was about to close. In less than two seconds, the staff took all the food out of the refrigerator, so how could I get it in time? Because it was my first time coming to this restaurant, I didn't pay attention to the closing time. If the customer was late, the staff could have told the customer that our restaurant was about to close. If the customer wanted to eat or not, it was fine. But the staff didn't say anything. How could the customer know that the restaurant was about to close? They took their own food and served themselves, so how could they eat in time? I'm not satisfied with the way the staff served. The staff...

I visited the kepong branch recently, and the experience was disappointing. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Despite most of the larger tables being vacant and only a few smaller tables occupied, my and my mom were not allowed to sit inside. The staff claimed it was because we were only two people, but they could have easily seated us at a larger table temporarily and moved us to a smaller one when it became available. To make matters worse, there were barely any customers, and we were the only ones arriving within 20 minutes. It felt as though the staff were more concerned with enforcing arbitrary rules than ensuring customer comfort. The inflexibility and lack of consideration were frustrating and really took away from the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements...
