I really love this Ayam Gepuk place! There is never a long wait, and the service is super fast. I’ve tried a lot of places, but this one is by far the best in town. The free-flow rice is a nice touch, and the sambal is so tasty is a plus, it is free-flow too! The place is always clean, and the ayam is packed with flavor despite it small size. Bad customer service. I was standing and waiting for 10 minutes at the counter to place order, staffs are there in the kitchen but nobody coming to take order. I suddenly become invisible.

Even if you are busy, at least take the order first, then customer can sit and wait, and you can continue preparing the order. Don't let your customer standing there for too long.
