We are truly disappointed with our experience here today. More than 1 hour waiting for 2 takeaway Shawarma (See receipt timestamp 7.59pm vs current time 8.59pm).

We can understand that operational hiccups happen (we are human too), but what we cannot accept from an established brand name and have to call out the management for is - The lack of upfront transparency and proper communication of problem. We only knew there were problems after we asked what was taking so long. Unprofessional management of customer expectation where they overpromised several times to deliver in 5minutes / 7minutes etc but failed to delivery time and time again. Policy to not allow customers to cancel despite the long wait and failed promises, as is our right as customers.

Recommendations to the management - Prompt and open communication with customers - do not wait until you are asked. If cancellation & refund is truly not possible, give customers the option to replace the order with other similarly priced food which is not affected...

Really disappointed with the service. I came in and ordered 9.45pm. The waiter took my order. I ordered the lamb Khasab. From 9.50pm until 10.45pm I was waiting for my food. Then when I ask the same waiter where’s my food, he was like taking a new order and giving to the kitchen. Meaning I wasted my time waiting and the cashier confronted me saying sorry for the inconvenience and give them 2 minutes to prepare my meal. I waited for 5 minutes and I just stood up walk to the cashier told them to cancel my meal and I paid for my partners meal and the beverages we drank. Really disappointing. Make me to wait for an hr for a simple while others were just come in, ordered ate and left. While I was left to starve. Your waiter didn’t understand a thing we ordered. But he wrote down on the paper. Don’t know what rubbish he wrote. Never stepping into this shop again. Regretted and spoiled my evening. Why you guys running a business when you guys can’t train your team to take a simple order. Provide proper training or something to...

our 2nd time here.. we came all the way from kedah.. the best restaurant that serves Middle Eastern cuisines in KL so far.. service 10/10.. the server is also very" friendly especially the beautiful lady, asma'.. this restaurant is 100× better than taj hadramawt..

we ordered couple set lamb kabsah w add on garlic sauce n mix grilled w add on bread n fries.. all for 4 pax adult, its enough for the 4 of us.. total 160.90.. worth every penny.. so sedap wey sumpah.. definitely a must-try.. they also give free 2 pcs of bread n hummus.. delicious istg.. the kabsah lamb omg. the lamb is very tender, very lembut.. the meat fell of off the bone kind of lembut.. the mix grilled in other places sometime smell very bad, like frozen meat smell.. i can't even eat it.. but here doesn't smell at all.. it smells good.. asma' gives us free gift 4 pcs of baklava for the google review..
