ZUS Coffee - Razak City Residences — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

To the person who's mopping the floor. Please raise you tiredness towards your hire up and not towards your customer. Customers have right to enter the store and collect their order without having judgemental look and word hurled at them. I do get the long hours, more so now during Ramadhan extended to 2am.

We were inside the store 5 mins before 1am and seeing that chairs have been arranged on the table with closed sign being put at the door.

We could however still hear the panda/grab orders being added. Their lights on the signboards are off too somehow.

I hope that the store work towards better service, and please reduce the operating hours if you know that your staff can't cope.

We wanted to enjoy our drinks while seating inside but couldn't.

Btw. Zus' chocolate drinks still way off from Starbucks'. I've tried the java chip, chocolatta, australian and also the chocolate cookies. They all not meeting expectation.

One more thing, your store is not being pinned at it...

Hi! I would like to share my experience at Zus Coffee Razak City Residences. I have been a regular customer here, and every single day I will always order my usual. But I cannot recall whether it was yesterday or the day before, the barista there named Dina suggested me to add velvet creme on top of my iced matcha latte and honestly speaking, because of her, it is slowly growing on me! On top of that, Dina was super friendly, she was super informational when it comes to describing the menu and recommendations! The best part was, it was lovely chit-chatting with her as she was matching my energy throughout our conversation hehe 😙 P.S: I love your eye makeup and you are so beautiful Dina! Hi! I would love to share my experience dining in at Zus Coffee Razak City Residences. First of all , I love the ambience here. It is super peaceful and chill for those who wishes to do your works here , or just simply chill enjoying your own company ✨ And as for the food , ughhhhh it is just chefs kiss to me!
