What a wonderful stay at Langkawi Chantique! The hotel is located at a fantastic location, and the rooms are spotless with comfortable beds. The service is truly excellent; nothing is too much to ask for. The pool is a delightful place to relax, and the breakfast buffet is rich and varied. On a day when the hotel didn't have many guests, we even got breakfast in our room - what a surprise! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owners are very helpful. They are happy to advise on activities in the area. We rented a scooter through the hotel and booked some excursions, everything was perfectly arranged. I would recommend Langkawi Chantique to anyone without a doubt. I will definitely return here on my next visit to Langkawi!

Where do I even begin? If I were to summarise our short stay at Chantique, it was nothing less than perfection. From the first greeting, up until it was time to say goodbye.

First off, the whole place was spotless. They put a lot of effort in cleanliness so that's already a plus point. Next, the people. We were met with our every little need thanks to the amazing staff. There was Miss Bella who showed us to our room and made sure we were settled in with everything we wanted. She made the check-in procedures smooth for us with clear and direct language. Later on, we met more of their staff. Miss Moon gave us very helpful suggestions on where we could eat, and tips on traveling. The kitchen staff, Lisa and Nazrin greeted us with cheerful smiles in the morning when we entered the breakfast area. There was also Mr. Kamal, who advised us on how to book some of the activities we wanted to go for. All in all, Miss Aishah and Mr. Mohammed both are not just making guests feel welcome with their service. They help bring about a sense of calmness and comfort. I for one, prioritise the hotel/stay during any travelling. So, this was such a pleasurable experience and they made our mini vacation much more enjoyable. We actually had a really lovely stay at Langkawi Chantique.. enjoyed the location mostly.. however upon checkout we had an extremely odd interaction where our sheets were bought to reception and we were interrogated about a stain and accused of drinking tea in the bed?? A very faint stain was on the sheets which honestly looked like a stain from a past guest as we hadn’t made or drank any tea lol. Found it really strange and unprofessional..

Re reply: we apologised for the broken glass at reception and also cleaned it up and warned staff to avoid injuries.. we were thanked for letting them know and told this was fine prior to the sheet incident. We were very polite guests and as I mentioned.. really enjoyed our stay until our sheets were bought to reception in front of other guests and asked to explain a stain.. it is an extremely bizarre way to behave in hospitality. Nevertheless, this reply speaks for itself and guests should note this is the level of professionalism to expect at Langkawi Chantique.

Edit: I have just noticed the other 1 star reviews on google and booking.com. It would appear that this hotel uses cheap prices to attract customers and then makes whatever excuse to retain the bond. This makes sense based on our interactions with staff. Please do your research and do not fall...
