Given the high reviews, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, both the food and service fell short. I got the fungi pizza (mushroom and garlic) and the quality tasted like a frozen pizza you'd get from the supermarket. The bread/crust was bland, the pizza sauce was dry, and the minced garlic was dropped in bunches instead of spread out evenly. I didn't finish the pizza - nothing worse than a subpar pizza. Secondly, the server with the long hair was not the most welcoming or hospitable. It seemed like she didn't want to be there. She said I had to sit outside because I'm one person, and the other tables should be for groups yet there was a couple seated at a big table (6-7 seats) and the restaurant was pretty empty. I asked if I could sit "inside" because I was getting bit by mosquitoes and she begrudgingly did, and then decided to school me on bug repellent spray and how I should have worn some like her other customers do. She said "You know, you're in Langkawi and it's an outdoor restaurant so..." And I told her, "well, I just arrived..." and then she went on a tangent about bug spray (spoke to me like a child). I literally checked in to my hotel and quickly ran out to grab food - I didn't know this restaurant was outdoors/open. I also don't appreciate her lack of professionalism. What a...
Read moreIn terms of service, I don't know if it's discrimination or something. The service given is very bad for me. The attitude of the waiter (or maybe the boss) is very bad. There is no smile during the whole process, but the attitude towards foreign tourists is quite good, which makes me feel a great contrast. When I even ask for some help (such as asking for salt), I feel that the reaction given is very impatient. In terms of food, I ordered spaghetti prawn olio, and pepperoni pizza. The taste of the pasta was really ordinary, and I even felt tasteless, so I asked for salt. I decided to order it after reading other reviews, but the appearance of the pasta seems different compared to others. I think the size of the pizza is not bad, but the pepperoni pizza that I’ve ordered has only a few slices of pepperoni. For the iced lemon tea that I've ordered, the taste is also very bad; it's not a good choice to order. In summary, I won’t revisit this restaurant anymore. Originally, I decided to visit it after seeing a lot of good reviews, but the experience...

Casual and friendly, with excellent western food to western standards and quality. From hamburgers to amazing pizzas, this is true comfort food for Expats and travellers.
I highly recommend the clay dish lasagna and the pizzas are divine. True crispy, in-house made bases with fresh toppings. You like garlic? Fresh, minced garlic is one highlight and I always order additional because the taste is divine.
Food is halal, and there's a bar offering fresh juices or alcoholic beverages
Yes, there's ice-cream for the kids and tiramasu or banoffee pie to finish your meal.
My last meal was an amazing calzone, tiramasu and several drinks for the price range shown below.
