Hotel Lavender Inn, Malacca — Hotel in Malacca

I have a real bad experience, I already check in the room and I bring my belongings go in. After that, I go out and have my dinner and come back late at 1.30am, I tap my card and no response. I try to call the receptionist and because there is no receptionist work at night, so I have to ask for call.

Ended up, they say ask me to sleep at another room and wait till tomorrow 9am then can go in to the room. I was so angry! Poor service! Not really recommend...

first experience check in sendiri without receptionist. Klu untuk yg nk tido sahaja okey la. Sorry klu gambar tak clear dari video je ss. Tandas okey. Tuala 2 wangi bau downy. Kiblat mungkin lari sikit utk org islam. So check lah. Bilik saya ni tido dengn suami je. Okey lah. Klu dengn anak ramai mungkin x sesuai.. iron kongsi kat luar. Air filter panas n sejuk mcm coway ada. Tempat bersih . Tandas bersih .Mlm mungkin sunyi tpi pukul 7 dah kereta penuh. Saya bilik kecik . Mungkin bilik lain ade yg besar. Harga berpatutan . Tpi harga saya bayar pernah saya dapat lebih baik. Tpi saya tak kesah. Untuk tido satu malam pagi dh gerak. Deposit rm50 transfer. Lepas check out. Depo dpt balik cepat. Tq for the experience...
