What a great place for breakfast and lunch at Uncle Guan. Happened to stop by their Google Reviews and decided to try out this place. I feel that it is a hidden gem in Melaka! Great ambience with indoor AC and spacious interior.
The Lady boss was also polite when taking our orders and offering recommendations.
Nyonya Laksa is very good. The base is nice and rich. But the prawns were missing for some reason. Maybe when I ordered, I said don't want cockles so they think I don't want prawns? 😂 no biggie
We ordered a mee hoon kueh. It was okay.

The Friday special, chicken rendang nasi lemak is superb - sumptuous, a complete meal and value for money. Nyonya laksa, kampong fried rice and chendol (topped with thick fragrant gula melaka and coconut milk) are awesome too.
