Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Malacca

I think this is probably the worst experience I had in all pizza hut restaurants. First, I asked whether the voucher can be used and then the worker said can and keep asking me to go other pizza hut place to eat pizza. I am like for what? I want to eat here because it's late and I am hungry. So I order spaghetti with melts as I thought the voucher can be used as stated and the food reached half an hour to 45 minutes later. It's so damn late and what if there's alot of people dining in? Then, when I'm done eating, I went to pay and then this cashier said the voucher cannot be used and then I said it stated dine in right? She's like oh yeah and then told me that I have to order using the code as stated. I am like wth? Why? U did not tell me before I order it and she said that I thought u only order 1 set so she's like putting the blame on me. Then I asked her to directly deduct using the system and she kept on refusing say cannot. I am like wth I ordered a lot and at last you tell me that the voucher must be ordered using the code? Probably the worst Pizza Hut. Staff shortage is already bad enough, but the available staff sucks too. No cutleries and I had to go inside the kitchen and call for attention (no one in the back either) and when we finally got them, its dirty. Food is bad and when we did not receive what we ordered, they dont compensate anything until we demand. Didn't serve the desserts and blame us for not telling them to like, you should serve it in the first place? Then proceed to crappily pack them into rotten packages. I know the portion is wrong compared to same thing I ordered at other branch. Manager really bad attitude, I think it's the Indian woman and pity the intern kid have to take care everything alone when she do almost nothing. We order 24 sets pizzas on 13/11/24 around 8.xx am for delivery at 12:45 noon via apps. yet they packed our food very early but not manage send on time, then most angry was they're so irresponsible, not even call us to inform and just let us wait until 2pm. All the food became cold and the drinks leakage because inside paper cup too long time.

After that we make complaints to them and HQ also they not border. until today we still not get any satisfy solution regarding this complain. HQ only ask us wait for PIC to contact us and PIC also not take any action. The staffs there are very rude and not professional. We already blacklisted...
