KFC — Restaurant in Malacca

OMG... few times to this KFC and still don't improve...calling customer uncle and aunty..as if we are at pasar malam...charges will always go wrong..be careful to check before you leave ..difficult to even ask for extra sauce even if you buy a bucket of chicken ..the staff need extra3 training..KFC management..pls wake up...you guys are not small organisation...we dont need to teach u guys what to do..pls do something fast to improve your restaurants..still I give u 2star which i considered is very high compared to...

Fast Food Chainlink Restaurant. The place quite cramped for leasuring eating mode. But not many people coming here as the parking quite limited and it is paid parking - no need for long que if you want to have quick KFC bite. After every week visit to this place - PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER ONCE THEY PACK IT FOR TAKE AWAY - THEY ALWAYS FORGET TO PUT SOMETHING FROM YOUR ORDER. Before, I'm lucky that i check it coz they forget about my Mad Max and I need to wait for more than 20 minutes after that...

Its a bit slow motion here.. u got a very big group of workers/ co-workers.. but u just open 2 counters.. n from that,, only 1 counter open for walk in customer,, while the other is for rider to pick up for online order..ok i understand with our situation that we need to follow the guidelines n SOP but can ur server's or people at the kitchen pack the food a bit faster.. when u do it faster n efficiently u can save the customers...
