OYO 840 Hotel Bamboo — Hotel in Malacca

Stayed at this hotel for 2nights during last chinese new year holidays. Already booked & paid thru Agoda during booking. Somehow, at the moment i came to checked in, the hotel are full! This is something that nobody would expected. How come? The guy mentioned, there is another worker who (he just came for his shift) gave up all the room for others. Huh!? Long story short, the boss gave his room to us for this 2 nights stay. Anyway, receive 2 mandarin oranges from the receptionist guy, room are clean, toilet also not bad, (this is boss room), dont know about other room. The environment also okay, this room hotel located in front of chinese food restaurant. Overall, its okay for budget hotel. Pro: Near convenience store, bus stop and restaurant. 10 minutes driving from Central Transportation Hub. Cheaper RM3 from nearby budget hotel.||||Cons: Near cemetery, lousy environment, dirty and filthy room, unfriendly staff, full of stain and seasoned furniture. Totally run-down hotel. More to motel.
