Black sauce wan tan mee - very tasty, can add char siew if u need more protein
Curry rice - my go to is 卤肉饭 add meat, veggie and 荷包蛋, curry sauce and 卤汁, GET THE SAMBAL, super delicious
Popiah stall - popiah is nice, got pork lard inside, shao mai and other foods are nice too. I always eat here but sometimes dont like them keep hard selling their other foods and drinks.
八宝冰 stall - locals called this place 八宝冰 place since long ago. As you know, all the drinks are nice, pick your poison
Mee rebus stall - last time i think his mum cook char kuey tiao and mee goreng which is super delicious, sadly retired i think, now son selling mee rebus, has his own good taste
Kolo mee stall - not bad, not super good, recommend white mee and put chili sauce
Hainan chicken rice - delicious, can try rice balls. 麻油 very 香
Mee hoon kueh stall - all are average. Can order if you really craving, there are better mee hoon kueh stalls in melaka.
Pisang goreng stall - i loved this pisang goreng, as time goes by, quality of frying or banana decrease a little bit. Not as yummy as old times, sometimes boss will add 1 or more pieces for u FOC, see his mood

Read moreAs others have mentioned, the place lacks hygiene care, or in other words, it is filthy. The floors, walls, ceiling are all in neglect. The stall owners aren't helping either. I saw one vendor whose child was bawling her eyes out, snot everywhere, just inches from where the food was prepared. That being said, there are about four Malay vendors selling, from nasi lemak, roti canai, bakso, various noodles to nasi ayam. The rest (about 5 or six, thereabouts) are Chinese stalls. Due to the obvious lack of cleanliness, I have only bought food (nasi lemak) here on two emergency occasions. To be fair, the nasi lemak was nice, price was quite cheap, but the vendors weren't very friendly. Also, I didn't experience any forms of food poisoning, which is nice. Read moreI'm a regular visitor to this food court, and it's safe to say that while the atmosphere leaves something to be desired, the food here is a hidden gem. The absence of fans can make afternoons quite warm, and scoring a table during the lunch rush can be a challenge. Cleanliness could use improvement as well.
However, what brings me back time and again is the mouthwatering food. My personal favorite is the Mee Hoon Kueh with its crispy ikan bilis and flavorful mushrooms. Even for those who love fried pork lard, this shop does it justice. Additionally, the dessert shop offers delightful tang shui, with Longan Ice and Liu Wei Ice standing out as my personal favorites.
