Poor customer service, bad management, and a terrible parking system. The staff even scolded customers and showed us attitude.

My AEON card has been unable to use the wave function since last year. Every time I go shopping, the staff members assist me by inserting my card into the machine instead of waving it. Last week, when I tried to leave the parking area, my card couldn’t be used due to the lousy parking system. I pressed the intercom for assistance, and Ruzaini, one of the AEON staff members, told me to wave my card. I explained that the wave function on my AEON card doesn’t work and proceeded to insert it instead. Do you know what happened? He shouted at me, saying, ‘I told you to wave!’

When I tried to explain, he rudely said, ‘Okay lah, you cucuk (insert) till tomorrow lah,’ and then hung up. I pressed the intercom again to ask for his name, and shockingly, he threatened me, saying he would come and punch me in the face. This behavior is completely unacceptable and an idiotic act towards a customer.

I went to customer service to seek an explanation. Ruzaini eventually came to meet me after 30 minutes and apologized. I accepted his apology. The manager then advised me to exchange my card for a new one. So, I went to customer service to change the card just now. However, an Indian lady there told me it couldn’t be changed until it expired. I explained the situation to her, and she simply replied, ‘Then just insert it. No need to change.’

May I know where can I response feedback for the bad service on people be in charge for the cashless parking service? Me and my family enjoy shopping in AEON, however the behaviour of the employee was disappointed me very badly! Me and my family only bring out one card for payment and the card can be used when we get into the mall, however it got problem when we need to move out. We tried to contact the customer service, but they insist that we can only use another card for Keluar. The point is we didn’t bring any other card, and the day was public holiday. So we go to top up TNG, but it still can’t use, the reason they gave is we can only use the same type of card we used to get in to Keluar. The most upset is the way the employees was so rude like he don’t care and he got nothing to do. He didn’t give any useful solution for it and just keeps repeating “you guys can only use another card” so we spend two hour more stuck at the parking lot. BTW he is a Malaysian, so no way that he didn’t know what to do and what we are talking about. In the end, we need to call our other family member to take other card for us to keluar. It is such a not efficient and terrible service and also it ruin our mood for shopping.

Please take this seriously, it is such a crucial part to attract customer by enhancing the inner quality of the employees.
