Hotel Seri Malaysia Kuantan — Hotel in Pahang

Seri Malaysia is not my option when it comes to hotel stay, thats the least i have to choose. Coz i need a rest after halfway journey from KB to KL. And i can expect the disappointment. The room is not well cleaned. Room service overlooked a leftover by previous check in. Dirty plates was left in front of my room. I checked in late at nite. And was wondering how long has the plate been there. To my surprise, the plate was still there when i checked out at 1100hrs.

The water pressure is low and i am struggling to get a correct temperature to match the slow water The breakfast is awful. I laughed looking at poorly prepared roti canai. How could a roti canai has a big hole at the center of it. Though the rasa-rasa restaurant is quite nicely decorated, the menu is a letdown. Very little option. Cant satisfy my hunger pangs. This is a food that u can easily get at roadside stall. Or actually worse.

Seri Malaysia has to upgrade its landscape. Poorly maintained, and is actually looks like a kindy with colored cement bench and tables, something tjat is really2 so yesterday.

The parking is ample, with one abused disabled parking. Hello? No one cares? Are you shorthanded? Seri Malaysia really needs a revamp all across its hotel. Its just...

Its an old hotel but upgraded with wooden floor, new mattress, etc. Still in good condition and at affordable price. I could have give 5 stars but quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the floor, bed & pillow cover and bathroom. I spot dust and hairs in certain area of the room and also some stickiness on the floor. The toilet bowl need to be change, looks like old public toilet with permanent stains and i doubt the cleanliness.

On the next morning as we arrived at night, i just found out there was a blood spot on the side of the bed cover. Also some dried blood drops on the floor near the bed and a spot of blood on the telephone key button. Clearly the bed cover has not been change and the floor has not been cleaned. I just complain to the housekeeping and asked to change the whole set. I did not think much about what incident happened in there, but please change the bed cover.

Before check out, i took off all the bed and pillow cover with the blanket and put on the floor with the hope they do not make the same mistake. It is quite disappointing as this hotel is well known all...

Yep I still remember I go to Hotel Seri Malaysia as first time at Taiping

And this Probably was secord hotel Seri Malaysia and I need to be honest for review because I believe if them repair this probably can do in future for more good

Before start I don't know what hotel I choose,because my family choose from me lol

Bathroom : I don't know This just old like very, like something like 90s lol This not problem if old but look like, Look clean ok? But just like Very lot time ago Not clean

Dust in room: Bro how? Like how?

TV and The channel : Yo what happened to the tv?

Pros:

Around The hotel was aesthetic Malaysia

The park, The restaurant, The front , inside and back the house

The a/c

Yee not problem yet I always I sit here

The buffet: Halamak, The nasi lemak and the sambal I again and again for reason lol I don't know just like I say this hotel true Malaysia (absolute cinema)

Suggestions:

Remove dust (wipe table) every one time in one week (Every Sunday)

Change every item with new atleast for next...
