JS Homestay — Hotel in Pahang

First time stay at this JS homestay and I believed this will be the last time!!! Gonna BLACKLIST this JS HOMESTAY!!! Really a BAD experience on my one night stay! I come with my family, total 6 of us (got old folks &O.KU). I dont mind to pay more on my stay, I choose this location because is nearby my cousin house. but who knows, after payment done, during collection of keys, only found out that the last 2 room that available, got one room ceiling got issue, if heavy rain...the ceiling will leak! another room got cleanliness issue! I just help my grandparents to open all the light, and check for the water heater, just walk-in the room, within 5 mins, already found 2 cockcroach! OMG...what a 'clean' room that i book?! Before my booking and payment, I did call to the owner - Mr. Albert Tan to checking, during the call and our whatsapp conversation, the owner should informed me on this issue, not just hidding the issue of your room to your customer! feeling cheated. pay RM200 for a bad experience. not worth n not recommended. The receptionists are friendly, the room is clean, the air conditioner works very well, the bathroom is spacy enough...it's just that the water heater is not working properly... but overall it was a nice stay.....

Ride to kuantan stayed here simple and cheap , clean homestay closed to major restaurants about 500m walking...
