Have a very bad first visit experience at the Kuantan branch.

When I first walk in, 3-4 staff standing beside act like I am transparent. I walked to them and inform is take away and how to make order. Those staff only point to the table and didn't advise how to order until I saw a customer write it in a paper.

Then when my order is finished and the bill is ready to pay. The staff purposely hold it and wait for another bill then only take both to the cashier counter.

My order was finished first but the another bill was to settle first at the cashier counter. Then they handled bill from another customer who walk into the cashier counter, while still holding my bill.

Until there is no more customer at the cashier counter, this staff then process my bill and asked me to go to the cashier.

The redeeming qualities were the hot items arriving hot, affordable pricing, and staff who are always around when you call for service.

In sum, most disappointing dining experience. Lack of awareness of customers who were in queue. Whoever barged in first, got seated first. The RMCO SOP is a joke. 75% of items from the sushi and main menu were not available by 7.30pm on a weekday. The conveyor belt had 3-5 plates and not replenished at 8pm despite all tables being occupied with a queue outside. Never encountered this for an F&B outlet that operates till 9pm. Staff only informed of unavailable items after orders were placed. Most food items were salty.
