Its a new hotel, stayed here earlier in May 2017, it was clean then and it is still clean now. |Booked into Single standard room||Pros: |1) Ample parking space nearby (need to display coupon but it is conveniently provided by hotel according to number of days booked)|2) Shops and restaurants nearby to hotel. Walking distance.|3) Water dispenser at common area. Hot, chilled and room temp available.|4) Shampoo, shower gel, kettle and safe provided in room.|5) 3 power point available in room, one of it is located just beside the bed.|6) Cosy bed and pillows.|7) Wifi signal is strong.|8) Located at a nice quiet place.||Cons|1) Hot water from water heater is lukewarm at the highest temp.|2) Limited TV channels, only 3 local channels available.||A very nice hotel to relax...

Budget room for RM68 at this period would be sounds fishy, no its not a chicken type||three storey with four lot cater with lavatory, no worry to request for top floor||to my suprised, the lobby extremely spacious, warm welcome from all frontdesk, entertining lavatory as a high star hotel||come to the room, its standard and new comes with two sachets of white coffea||water dispenser provided at every level and iron by request||each room connect with phone||Room 4.5|Price 4.5|Ambience/Deco 4|Service 4|Location 4||Disadvantage:|small room but still ok||hard to get nice food, limited to 4pm since most surround are goverment office||Tips: walk to mosque area where Nasmir Cafe (end right) and Tomyam cafe(end left) provide a...

A 5-star for such budget hotel :

1. Room rate is surprisingly affordable if compare to same range of hotel.
2. Good sound proofing as ALL room to room use concrete wall. Sure have a peace and quiet stay !!
3. Fire safety standard is surprisingly so complete and compliance to BOMBA requirement. Not many budget hotels fully comply to such standard.
4. Convenient as have a lift even is 3 floors only.
5. OKU/wheel-chair friendly room available too.
6. Mattress (tilam) also quite quality.
7. Heater, individual air-cond and safety locked.
8. Nearby have many restaurants and cafes. BM City mall is within walking...
