August 25th...Bandar Perda, Bukit Mertajam. OWC...one of my favorite place to dine in with my friends. This time we choose Bandar Perda outlet. View from out side nothing special or something that can make me WOW! As usual...check in with the MySejahtera Apps, check the body temperature...passed yeay !!! We choose to seat at the table with the wall bench. I love the cozy ambiance and yes I want to share with others about this OT outlet. I'm a coffee lovers. A cup of OTWC served in a ceramic cup...just nice for me ☕🌟 Other than that...i've share a few photos of the menu we have chosen for the lunch. The photos marked with 🌟...the one i like most. I can't keep my eyes from this very creative decor. Light from the bulbs hanging freely from the jute rope. I must admit it was WOW!! 💡 Back to the foods and drinks...yeah no doubt about it. Yummy!!! Recommended with 5 🌟 ☕🍜

Old Town at Bandar Perda doesn't even deserve a star for rating. Food was completely disaster and not to mention their service, it was lousy and long waiting time. We (3 persons) ordered the same food, but the waiting time was NOT bearable, we waited for 35 mins... yet there were not many customers. The food served was cold, soup was served after we ALMOST finish our meal. And, it tasted so horrible, there were too much of white pepper in the soup. Will never come back here again.... I hope old town management would take the necessary actions if get to read this post. Good luck OLD TOWN!

This place use to be my fav because of their cleanliness and friendly staff but since they change to a lot of new staff the place seem dirty, i can smell the toilet from my table and the table also not clean. I call the staff to take my order few time but she ignore me and keep playing her phone. This is not my first time facing this same problem it already twice hope that you can keep your quality of service and cleanliness same as before. :(

Whenever I've a bad days their Ipoh Hor Fun always be my comfort food and soothes away the thought in my mind. The taste was always the same everytime I came here so kudos for maintaining the quality and taste of their foods. Service is quite fast depending on how many customers and the time of your visit here but overall it wasn't a long waiting time for me before I get my orders. Staffs are polite and very responsive with questions whenever asked with anything. They have a toilet if you need to use it. Overall I love it here and will always come back for...
