Requested for quiet room as in aircond no sound as I am a light sleeper. Priyaa is the one who checked me in. Initially room given was room #360. Then the aircond is noisy, and I went down to reception to ask for room change. Given me #387. Still the aircond sound is noisy. Both room have video and showed to Priyaa. I told her I need someone to walk with me to check the room and give us a few rooms to choose. She called and assign to Hasif (A housekeeping trainee) to assist me. The young chap brought me to #322 and #327 and both room also certified as noisy aircond. He was with me checking the aircond sound together. and later on call Priyaa to inform that both room are also noisy. Ask for two more rooms. A mistake was done here where as Priyaa was asking Hasif in Malay language that am I finding fault and why am I so complicated, 2nd mistake was the phone was on loud speaker. No matter what, guest challenges should be settle first, and discussion on this should be talked later part and certainly not via the phone.
Later on, 2 rooms (#331, #340) given again to check. and I chose #331.
Room cleanliness is ok, spacious. Anti slip rubbermate is provided in the bathroom. Dusting can be improve as in the bedside light, a thick dust in it. The lobby is grand looking, no bad odour. Staff is well groomed. Location is good. Will I return? Definitely. My next booking is in November. Hopefully no aircond issue for this time. Please do advise whether should I write in to hotel to ask the aircond for check first or don't need ? I'm certainly not finding fault, just looking for a quiet room to sleep.

Read moreIt was my first time booked this hotel. I had a very bad experience with hotel and it was related to check in and the price of the hotel. I booked deluxe king and family king room for a night from Expedia. I paid using my credit card and it was charged in my statement. When I checked in, the staff told me that the price that I paid to Expedia was lower compare to their current rate. They requested for me to TOP up the difference but I insisted that I paid in full. Thus the issue shouldn't be me but it is between the hotel and Expedia. The funny thing was I spoke to a higher manager, a lady and she said the rate that u bought was not updated. I told her off that this was not my problem. After a couple of minutes, they allowed to check in without paying the difference. This is the first time in my whole life that I encountered this kind of issue. I suggest the management should look into this matter and improve.||The room is ok but the wifi is super slow.||I will not recommend anyone to stay unless you have no choice. Never ever book this hotel...

(1st experience)||Overall room experience...ok...|A few flaws,|1) Minibar not working (for display purpose only)|2) Shower (Pressure inconsistent, it can turn to cold water anytime when you take shower)|3) Rubbish, tissue (Found in the safe box, side of the bed.)|4) Washroom, shower curtain (Filthy with black stains).||For a budget hotel, honestly the owner had invested a lot in the overall experience, but due to the poor maintenance and poor management, its now a turn down. Hopefully the owner can look into this as it will affect the future business...
