YMY Food court — Restaurant in Penang

My family having lunch at here , the economy rice(百利镇咖喱饭， U XIN restaurant) pricing is expensive than other branch( .百利镇咖喱饭). Not sure whether has follow the pricing with other branch or not . But I will try purchase same item and see the price at other branch.

All the food pricing is knowing the pricing before we order, due there have pricing shown at the stall, except for economy rice stall. Where the price the customer unknown until last step of calculation at cashier. I can say it's was not fair to customer and need to making the improvement.

Pricing : Expensive , fried Fish RM6, Crab fried fish roll RM1.50 per roll. Total RM15

Service : Normal

Taste : Fine for economy rice

Environment : Many flies at the restaurant.

Recommend to improve :

1. Standardize the pricing per item as KL some economy rice restaurant practice.

2. Put the pricing at each of dishes , in order the customer know the pricing...

Overall: below average. Maybe the hot sun affected me. The place I walk through had bad smell and don't know how to describe it. Environment: open air without air conditioning. So so environment Price: RM 6.50 for a set rice with chicken and RM 4.50 for a Wan Tan Mee , got value but taste so so. Quality: both foods not suitable for me. Not happy after eat. Hygiene: room for improvement, smell and cleaning up more frequently maybe. Service: one meal deal with 3 stalls, ok ok. Not bad. Parking: open space, no problem for parking. Easy and many. Payment gateway: I use cash so far. Forgot to ask...

The yam rice was quite tasty and satisfying. There are various food stalls within the premises, but I decided to try the yam rice first to fill my stomach.

As for beverages, customers are required to order at the counter, as drink service is not provided at the table.

Unfortunately, the most disappointing aspect was the presence of smokers inside the premises. Many individuals were smoking indoors, blatantly disregarding the Ministry of Health (KKM) regulations. This created an unpleasant dining environment and negatively affected...
