No 1- Receiption Request xtra charges to stay in with multiple reason and keep twist his words. 1.1 - He mentioned that if two person need to stay Need to Pay RM12 Xtra in order to comply Hotel Rules. 1.2 - He change his fact again by showing his PC on OYO portal - payment was deducted til 26%- so hotel need to cover the staying cost. 1.3 - He call up his owner - Owner said Flow Price need to cover.
No 2 - I am asking his Name to reveal - He like just out from Jungle - He told me if wanted to know his name upon sign the receipt - Not allowing us stay at that night.
No 3 - I had Request Official receipt - he told no Hotel stamp at his counter- apparently the i saw the stamp but he dont want to take out and claim it was different shop- you must wait til next morning for morning staff open another receipt which have a company name and chop/stamp on it.
No 4 - The new guy came in next morning- He used the same offical Stamp which i saw last night upon he write a receipt of extra charge for a stay which already Paid at OYO apps for full amount of stay. Such a bad experienced.
I am just wondering - why OYO keep this type of Hotel in apps or WHY they enrolled their Hotel become OYO partners in this case if they already known that there will be a commission deduction for each customer.
No 5 - Room Ac unable to control- Receptionist told us hotel will lost if not collect xtra charges- upon enter their room- ac is turn on mode(then how his hotel running in lost?). They dont have comforter instead they using a plain cheaper clothes - not as the picture or standard comforter is provided.
No 6 - TV totally CANT be watcheable.

Read moreI booked from Booking.com for RM55 charged to my credit card. Arriving there, I was told I had topup RM5 because their hotel charges RM60. This is the first time I booked a cheaper hotel and I didn't know it can be quite a scam. I called OYO to sort it out.The OYO customer support wanted to talk to the personnel and I was left on the line for 10 minutes while I can see that the person at the counter is not talking to anyone. I hanged up and called but each time I get to the menu to talk to a representative, the call gets dropped. It's by principle that I didn't go thru it because they should honor the price charged during booking. I don't recommend anyone...
Read moreThe room is unpleasant smell. Smell like cockroach. The blanket got stain. Unhygienic. When we arrive they said there's problem with air-cond in one of our room. They want to switch our room to queen bed only. The room are supposed to fit 3 person instead. We ask for extra mattress. But end up we are the one who carrying the mattress from the store to 2nd floor. This is the last minute booking. The worst hotel i ever been. Not worth with the price. I would think oyo have a little standard to follow. But this one is so worst...
