We went on a Sunday morning for dim sum. The restaurant is big and air conditioned, so a nice and comfortable place to eat. Well, if you don’t consider the staff… the majority of them seemed kind of… awkward. They weren’t rude or anything, they just all seemed like they’d never waited a table before. A bit strange but not a problem (although they did mess up one of our orders).

The food was pretty decent. I enjoyed everything I ate, but nothing particularly stood out. I’m a big fan of dim sum and quite easily pleased (too easily pleased my wife would say)… I guess this place is pretty middle of the road.

Return visits: I’ve been for dinner a couple of times and had a much better experience food-wise than with dim sum. Particular standouts - unsurprisingly - were the fish dishes. Including possibly the best cod I’ve ever eaten.

Note: they charge for peanuts delivered to the table on arrival without being ordered, as well as the wet wipes that accompany the cutlery. I find this a truly bizarre practice though have since been to a couple of establishments who do the same. I guess it’s not so uncommon in Malaysia, though I’ve never experienced it anywhere else. I wish they’d just raise their dish prices by a ringgit or two instead… I’d...

Terrible service, waited almost an hour for our food but we understood as they were busy so wasn't an issue at all until the subsequent incident. They served all but two of our dishes until we had almost finished the rest. Had to remind them three times about our remaining two dishes, only one came. Reminded them another three times for the last dish. At this point we had already finished all other dishes and had to call the manager to sternly remind. Only then did she inform us that they are just making it. Did non of the other waiters checked upon being reminded?! We cancelled the last dish and thats it. Had a pleasant experience here last year so decided to come back again. Will have to think twice about coming again next year but they seem to be the only Chinese restaurant of this sort...

The staffs attitude n services is very very bad. I booked 3 tables at RM1,788++ per tables in advance long before CNY. Dinner on 26.01.2020 n tables seating set n confirm. I rcvd call am 26.01.2020 to change my tables to one floor up which I did not agreed . When I go . The restaurant change 1 of my tables to another location n the table was much smaller. 1 staff say it like that we can change. Another say our table can sit 10 paxs. Why shd some of my guests sit on smaller table when I pay the same price. Wht purpose to book advance n record in the big order book when you don follow wht we agreed on. I am not happy with this even to hear the name of...

First time to this place for wedding dinner. Super hard to find parking. Only one small lift to go upstairs. People gathered at stairs smoking and all the smoke went into hall because door is widely open. Kid started vomiting after ate the first dish. Went for doctor visit and confirmed food poisoning with fungal infection. This place really need to improve the overall hygiene and cleanliness. Not going to revisit again.

We visited 天天鱼酒楼 recently. Service was fast and attentive — the staff kept refilling our drinks without us having to ask, which was a nice touch. Food-wise, the 烤乳猪 was tasty and well-prepared. Surprisingly, the fried rice was also quite decent. However, the rest of the dishes were average and didn’t really meet our expectations. Overall, great service but the food quality could be improved.
