I think everyone has their own idea or chap fan or nasi campur. There are many reviews and most of them have their opinions

Personally I like them. I find their choices adequate. I don't need 100 choices. I like that they serve the dishes and dish out the amount. It makes the calculation easier to understand. Most importantly it maintains hygiene. I don't like costumers digging into the dishes and making a mess of it. Them dishing it out makes for an orderly and cleaner serving or food. Also they now have a plastic barrier which is good. Again it avoids contamination of food by customers ordering food and their saliva spraying especially amongst those who now refuse to wear masks

As far as taste goes, it's fairly standard. I enjoy their food and don't expect anything stupendous in their taste. But I don't it sub par or mediocre. The decor and environment is also clean and standard. For a simple no fuss food, you can't go wrong...

I just went to the 霸王 饭 at 136-150, Jalan Raja Uda, Kampung Baharu,12300 Butterworth,Pulau Pinang.The guy around 180cm tall had wrongly returned me the money and i was shocked and went in front of him to show him the returned money is wrong,the guy keep not admitting.The case is like this,i just ordered a 3.60 items and i paid 5.00 + 0.60 then the guy just returned me 1.00.By the way,no matter i paid 5.00 nor 5.60.He wouldn't just returned me 1.00.So he made me ashamed in front of other customers.I just rejected his refunded 0.60 and it is also not the full amount he should refund to me. Please spread it out,it is not about money,it is about my reputation. But i really hope to find a channel to voice...
