Reason of still giving 2 stars was because I really like the environment,and the food. But, what make me rate down it from 4 to 2 stars was because the service of the staff is really poor. No common sense Once we place the order via phone, the staff come on the spot with bill for the payment. This is understandable, but what doesn't make sense is she come with empty hand but only receipt, when we say we want to pay by card, she ask if we will go to counter for pay wave,or she take the card to do payment at counter for us. Hello? you have the mobile machine for the payment right? The girl said if by pin then we no need to go in, she take the machine out. So at the end she go in and came out with the machine but still allow us to do pay wave. Then why at the beginning tell us to go in?

2.We ordered beer, so what the staff did is bring out 2 glass of beers and 2 coaster. Instead of served the beer by placing the coaster under it, she just leave it and go. Being honest, eating at the place like that when u serve the beer I believe the standard should place it on the coaster but not customer the one to do it.

3.When we done with the glass of beer and ask for another glass, amazing service again. Place the new glass of beer then just left without collect the empty glass back in.

No empty plate was served. From the food we ordered (especially chicken wing), it is kinda obvious that is sharing among. Instead of risky your table with mess, why don't the staff bring along empty plate for the customer?

Overall, what I can say is the food real good, in reasonable price. It is ok to recruit those young kids that just graduated from secondary school, but please give them basic training before put them into...

The place only suitable for drinking with friends. The Portuguese bake fish is the worst, saltiness will numb your tongue and palate. I was so surprise that they want you pay the bill while you’re eating halfway. The waiter came with “black face” holding the bill staring at you eating chicken wings with your hand. I feel so awkward and disrespectful as a customer. Super poor service!
