Stayed here 14th to 16th June.I was surprised that the room was actually quite dirty, ESP the bathroom (i even took pictures of it). The sink has clearly nor been cleaned for months, abd the black mold growth stuff in the toilet made me really scared to even use it. The shower faucet was coming apart. I'm glad atleast there was warm water. But the shower area and in between shower doors, and walls were obviously stained with mold. The bin given was put in the toilet, it was miserable and tiny, all you could throw in it was probably two diapers and it would be overflowing.The bedsheets, the room the side tables weren't cleaned, and this is the cleaning that requires spring cleaning. The one that needs elbow grease effort, the bathroom probably needed a lot more elbow grease)The rooms were not well sound proofed. There was no hot water jug and there was no proper bench to put clothes on. Just two hangers on a hook. The table was tiny. The walls were obviously showing some signs of mold growing and creeping up under the paint. It smelled moldy.The service was nothing above medicore. The bell boy only opened the main door for us and did nothing else to be helpful to people with 3 very young kids. We had asked for extra towels and told that no, that is all we are given. We also informed the branch manager on the second day that the bathroom was very dirty and she didn't take it seriously, just a simple "ok". When we checked out and i told her the bathroom was filty, seriously dirtiest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel or even a motel, she only said "oh we will check it out with our cleaner" never even had the thought to apologise or feel bad.This building happened to be the one further from the theme park. However, it is disappointed to find the bed linens were dusty, torn, and some dirt or pen marks on it. The mattress of the bed is too soft that lack of back support, but it is still acceptable.||The unacceptable part was the attitude of reception staffs and the hotel does not have a bottle opener for use.||In the evening of our first stay, we were at the reception trying to ask for a bottle opener, because there was no one answering our call from the room. There was a frustrating customer waiting for the return of deposit, yet the reception staff was taking her own sweet time to look for the folder that contains the documents of this customer's booking. She was slowly flipping through all the folders lined up on the shelf behind the counter, but the folder she needed was actually on the counter, just beside where she was before she turned to the shelf. When she saw us at the counter, she gave us a stare instead of a greet or smile. Finally the refund was completed, when the customer got his money and receipt, she did not thank or anything. ||The reception staff that we met during our stay were answering quite impolitely with ours and other customers' enquiry, only the hotel manager who came in when we check-out was much more better, looking into details before giving customers an answer of the situation.||Please also check the payments when lodging, the staff did not state that we have paid our lodging on internet booking, when our credit card was charged again as security deposit, they just told us it is between the management and the website. Read moreWe arrived at midnight, and the check-in process was quick. However, I have concerns regarding the cleanliness of the property, especially after seeing our room. I checked in late, arriving at the hotel around 11 PM, and was given a superior room at the end of the second floor. Shockingly, despite arriving late at night,8-9hours more from the check in time 2PM, the room had a lot of hair.usually,hair on the floor can be hard to notice if there’s only a few, but in this case, as soon as I entered the room, I immediately saw strands of hair on the floor near the entrance,beside the bed and in front of the bathroom door.And the floor also very sticky,it got to the point where I had to put my shoes back on. The final worst part was discovering whole trash left by previous guests still in the bin, which was overflowing with a baby diaper on top.The odour was impossible to miss as it came from a baby’s nappy. The foul smell, combined with the confined, enclosed space, made it completely unavoidable. These issues negatively affected my perception of the cleanliness and worsened my overall impression of the hotel's services. Nevertheless, I appreciate the staff who helped me by removing the trash and sweeping the room floor. On a positive note, the hospitality here is commendable.A warm,sincere and friendly greeting whenever we passing through the lobby.The area around the hotel also has plenty of eateries and the place isn't too quiet, making it quite appealing.
