I went there for fine dining therefore I can't share my experience of the room's conditions. Here we go;
We were greeted in the main entrance and still need to scan for MySejahtera post 1st May.
Since I came in a group of 8 person (children included) we were asked to be seated near the lounge for order taking and paid before adjourned to the M floor via lift. If the group is less than 4 people, I was told that you can eat at a designated area in the lobby itself.
Drinks came in earlier while dinner was served promptly. Some order were a bit cold maybe due to the waiting of other orders to be cook and to served altogether. Overall the foods were alright especially the crispy chicken chop but the fried spaghetti was a lil bit oily similar to the mamak style mee goreng (if you know what I meant)
Although we went there for fine dining and the drinks charges were way above market price, we were served using plastic glasses with high quality straws (in individual packaging)
Since we were early for dinner, there was no crowd (Or maybe because there were no larger group than us) Seats and table were clean, the air conditioning was delightful and the environment and soothing.

Read moreI checked in last month 15th Oct for three rooms, one at first floor and the other at second. The next day when I checked out, an unhappy incident happened. The front desk staff charged us with a missing room card.She told us all room with two card but my first floor room there was only one card. That day we were in a hurry that's why we paid and left. I tried to made a complaint through e-mail asking them to check on the CCTV. To me these action is very important is all because of the safety of hotel guest. But the management side only called back after three weeks, a person name Govin from reception and told me that they the management side NOT gonna check on the CCTV. I just want the hotel management to take these matter seriously, is all about your guest safety. Your hotel guest lost a hotel room card in their room while their stay. Do you get it. Someone went in but not the hotel guest.And WHY the management refused to check on their CCTV??? And the worst part is, the person name Govin said will get back to me but he totally sent do so.
