Secret Recipe Teluk Intan — Restaurant in Perak

I recently visited this Secret Recipe outlet with my mother, but unfortunately, the experience this time was not as pleasant as my previous visits. Usually, at any Secret Recipe branch, I would go straight to the counter to order cakes without any issues. However, this time, a male staff member wearing a red-and-white striped shirt approached us abruptly. His manner was rather unprofessional and made both me and my mother feel uncomfortable.

On the brighter side, there was a female staff member who was decorating our cake. She provided excellent service and greeted us with a warm smile, which we truly appreciated. Her friendly and professional attitude stood out amidst the otherwise uncomfortable situation.

Encountered a higher position staff maybe supervisor, i requested name and happy birthday wish for kid's birthday cake. I was then asked by her to give name that i wanted on the cake. Unfortunately, her staff did mistake by putting wrong name..(Should be Syafia not Syafiq) 😌 then i asked her to repair the letter.The cake then was fixed, but i dont feel satisfied because the cake already look scattered and i asked either they can give some touch up to that spot yang comot. However,,, i was replied by the supervisor : " Lain kali suruh Customer tulis sendiri nama ye" and her staff replied "baik." Ko sindir2 aku ya hello kalau x reti kerja customer service baik behenti jee dasar perempuan x reti kawal emosi. Bad cust service from order taker at the front partition,not friendly eventough i ordered two cakes.not even greeting or nice tone while talking.i want to redeem lazada voucher,she not sure what voucher it is just say cannot without read it.I show it to her then she realise the voucher can be redeem. lesson from that,please be polite with your cust,ask first before say no.n increase ur knowledge regarding voucher.
