This is a very new and stylish cafe. Great interior design and very warm and bright colours. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are international and even USB-C charging sockets for your laptop 💻 and smartphone 📱 Unfortunately the place seems to have the standard The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf WiFi infrastructure installed where the WiFi speed is reduced per guest. I measured only 3 MBit/s very slow internet. Plus it takes you at least a minute or two to go through the sign-in mask. Definitely not worth it. That's a 2 ⭐ reduction for me. Because the Digi mobile signal is weak in the area I couldn't even fall back on my own hotspot and ended up having to leave. Despite there not being many guests (yet) and the staff having plenty of time I noticed my table was not clean at all when I arrived: there was a spaghetti piece and some dried juice spots which I had to clean with a tissue...

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Not only was the staff rude, but they also invaded my privacy in the most unprofessional way possible. I stepped away to the toilet, leaving my folded paper on the table. When I returned, the table was cleared and to my shock, the staff were opening and reading my paper right in front of me. It doesn’t matter that the paper had nothing sensitive but it was mine and it was folded for a reason. You had no right to go through it. This is basic respect and professionalism, which your staff clearly lack. On top of that, the general attitude here is unfriendly and unwelcoming. No smiles, no politeness, just cold, dismissive service. If this is how you treat customers, you need to seriously rethink your training and standards....
