Hotel Inap Sri Gombak — Hotel in Selayang Municipal Council

I reserve two rooms a month before check in. Both rooms are available. During the day of my stay, at 3pm, 5 minutes before i check in, the staff called me and said one of the room i booked was not available because of technical issues. At that time i was already at the parking in front of the hotel. The staff asked me to stay at another hotel like 20 minutes from it and said she already booked the another hotel for me. It is so inconvenient. We also have to pay the same amount of money even the hotel she booked was not worth the price. She booked me a hotel at Idaman and the aircond remote was broken, i cannot adjust the temperature, it just stay at 16, the tv is not working, the shower doesn’t have hook to hang towel and clothes, and the toilet smells so bad. I wish Hotel Inap prepared the room earlier and give us another room if it have problem. They must have a room reserved for emergency like this. Not transferring your customer to another hotel. There is a reason why we booked the hotel at that place and not another. I wish they give a discount on our stay at the another hotel for the inconvenience caused or any discount offers on the next stay but there is nothing. I am so...

Around 5.30 am I realised my room got few leaking ceiling, and the bed gets wet. The leaking starts slowly and it began to pour non-stop. My brother ask the receptionist help to check on the room and they are concerned bout situation. Since the rooms are all occupied I decided to check out early. Some of my stuff soaked in the water. The room is pretty much flooded. Thank god it doesn't happened at night or we might need to find nearby hotel. Please do some thorough maintenance before considering to open the room. I know its a budget hotel but still at least the room can be used. Please take action from the previous messages coz there are many complaints...

Location wise is very good. Registration process runs easy & smoothly. Just room may need some attention.

Toilet: Positioning of toilet with 2 steps into and out will be disadvantage to elderly especially those with knee problems. It will be risky too for big size occupants. Old folding door with noisy sounds when open and close.

Door entrance: Gap between floor and door create no sound proof at all. Very inconvenient. We can loudly hear people outside conversation, vise versa.

People or hotel management may say what do you expect with a low budget room? Well, this is my sincere feedback for hotel own good. Either take it for good or...
