V Hotel Sri Gombak (Previously My Home Hotel Prima Sri Gombak) — Hotel in Selayang Municipal Council

I decide for a stay at this hotel based on reviews given in their website www.myhomehotel.com.my , i only stayed for one night as i was having some dinner to attend in KL. ||||Location:||The location was convenient as it has plenty of parking space, less/no traffic congestion. Nearby local cafe's like paparich, oldtown & some other restaurants. At night the place is not busy as there is no pubs or clubs around.||||Rooms:||I choosed superior window room. It has windows, flat screen tv, small table & chair, comfortable bed & pillows, shower room & toilet, WIFI. Lighting inside the room was nice too.||The turn-offs! :||One of the window was spoil, so i cant be closed. Making me difficult to sleep due to loud traffic sound. So better to choose non windowed room.||No Floor mats! Thr was no mats, and as u step out of the room u're gonna fill them with foot stains!||No door latch. Making me feel a little uncomfortable as anyone with duplicate room card might enter.||Toilet Flush has a prob (Almost everwhr i go this would be a must-have problem) ||||Other than that cant expect too much as it is just a budget hotel, i do like their FREE WIFI, Cable TV, and air cond(in Tune-hotels its optional)||For 1 or 2 night its a good place to stay, it is new & clean. For business traveller its a good deal!...

i'm a frequent traveller from kuala terengganu to kuala lumpur. I have to go to so many meetings in kuala lumpur. the frequent trips to kl make a big hole in one's pocket. therefore, i have surveyed so many budget hotels in kl and i must say myhome would be my second home for a long time. ||||First, the service is quite good, friendly and respect the customers. second, the room has all the basic amenities in perfect condition and no extra charge compared to the tune hotels! Third, the bed is always clean and white everytime we went there. The bed and pillows are quite ok, although i found the pillow a bit too soft for my liking. but still they werent that bad compared to other budget hotels. the location at sri gombak is the best. lots of parking space, restaurants, workshops, spas.||||But i do want to suggest the management to manage their booking system better and to train their staff in having more efficient booking system because my bookings have been 'missing' for two times before. hopefully they can upgrade...

Their family rooms are spacious enough for 4 people.the only thing that bugs me is their toilet flush coz it emits loud sound.another room,room for 2 is located at level 2 and 3.they have water dispenser at every level,which is convenience but they only have iron and the board at ground level so if your room are in level 2 and 3,it will be a bit inconvenience.the wifi was fast and available 24/7.their location is pretty easy to find as they are near Bank Islam.for foods u dont have to worry coz its a walking distance from Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus,Mee Tarik Warisan Asli and...
