third visit improved in terms of casher experience. Malay guy very much helpful with using my cash vouchers. can use multiple vouchers in single transaction and he really patient waiting for me to search again my voucher multiple time. hence increased rating. I'm not being racist but management has done the right action putting capable person at the front.
*Second visit also disappointing, casher doesn't even know how to read? Can't differentiate food voucher and cash voucher? I use cash voucher and she already input the food and asked me for money! They turn off the air cons on second floor before 10pm to "kick" the existing customer dining on second floor. Even kfc didn't turn off the aircon and asked the customers politely half hour before closing time(1am).
It's not even 10pm yet and they alrdy closed off the upper section and turning off the fan/aircon. Ground floor is alrdy crowded with ppl!

I didn't realise on the menu cause there is no menu list monitor that customer could review, even the cashier didn't repeat the order.
