one of your waiter , who worked on 17 Februari 2020 , around 16:30 , is so rude . He said ‘ if i am you , i will never take her order because of her playing around ‘ to his friend who named Fitri i guess . By playing around means I tried to cheer up the waiter so they are not tense up but it turns out he dislike me and humiliated me in rude way . I was furious at this branch. First there's a long queue bcoz the one taking the orders was slow. Second, despite the slow order process, still mistakes were made. We ordered for all large drinks bcoz we were thirsty, yet one of drinks was entered as a regular. When I told the counter the mistake, instead of apologies, I was told that we had to pay more and the staff were so rude about it as if we could not afford to pay more, else we wouldn't have ordered all large. Next, the drinks were so full of ice, that it didn't quench my thirst bcoz it was too sweet and I became more annoyed bcoz I ordered two large drinks for myself. I have been to other tealive branches, and since this is close to my house, I rather feel disappointed. It took so long to have my order ready, then, this one staff always didn't hear my order clearly, makes me ended up just order the one that he assume I want to order (I even mentioned the code number 😑) And, how come when I'm trying to redeem my drinks, I have to reveal my pincode to the cashier, when you should have this equipment for me to key in my pin code.
