Food The chicken SO DRY, NOT JUICY, SALTY Just open up at 4pm, but chicken crispy already sold out? "Sambal" were given very little, I literally need to come to counter 5 minutes after start eating to get more sambal, and then go back again in 2 minutes?? After that, I Want to more "sambal", but need to wait 30mins, like?? I got so much time? Maybe if count my step will achieve 10k steps.

Service The staff yell and arguing with each others and being unfriendly with customer, the environment also becomes awkward. The menu need to change, it can't be read anymore. I order wrong bcs of the ANCIENT MENU and not getting the actual food I want. While making the "sambal", the staff stare at the customer like want to eat them Must upgrade their time serving. Water very bland and plain, easy word tasteless.

Atmosphere Someone else just come and sit with me? Like, the places so uncomfortable and the table is not suitable for everyone. Table near the counter so what? People will queue nearby you and watch you eating. The handsoap also not the proper one, I think it is the floor cleaner bcs my hands still soapy and irritated. One star only for the air-conditioning place.

Please, if you craving gepuk, go to another branch, this one just spoiling the good name and brand of gepuk. Experience iftar here just spoiled, now I'm heading to another place to fill my palate.

Just as what others said, the food is good. But the service is haiya. But then I'm glad that one of the servers apologised for the delay of the food.

The problem with the service is the usual ever so late food preparation. It has happened to me thrice in a row for takeaways. The first time probably one year ago, second, abt months ago, and third one is recently. So this issue still hasn't been addressed. I also saw that one of the source of problem is probably due to not enough rice. Which is due to free rice add on for eating in the restaurant.

Lastly, the problem with getting the wrong order for twice in a row. I've gotten my order for takeaway wrong for twice. Come on, please manage this issue well.

This branch is always so slow when it comes to service. I usually have to wait over 30 minutes for my order.

It’s the 1st of July on a Monday. I came in alone to eat lunch. There were a few people inside the restaurant already but it wasn’t full yet. I saved a seat for myself using my bottle and ordered at 12:25pm. I received my order at 1:05pm. It seems like they prioritize delivery orders rather than dine in orders.

However, the food is amazing. It’s always my go-to gepuk whenever I have gepuk cravings. It’s a shame that the service is slow though and the atmosphere of the restaurant should be improved as well.
