We stayed here 1 night with my wife and had an unpleasant check in experience.
The staff had the audacity to approach my wife and ask her if we’re friends or colleagues during check-in.
You need to have manners to check if a couple checking in is married or not. Approach husband first and talk English when checking if the husband doesn’t speak bahasa Malay. Talking Malay to my wife and asking stupid questions isn’t exactly how you uphold religious standards. Also when I showed our marriage certificate the staff didn’t even compare my wife’s name with her IC. How do you even know a couple is really married when you didn’t check properly? Are you doing it for a show only?
