The Taste Vegetarian Cafe — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

20 Feb 2023: Maybe I went on a wrong day as today being 1st day of lunar calendar, so it was packed and all tables were occupied. Service was poor and no one bothered to attend to me to look for a seat for me. Thankfully, a nice customer offered her table and her party moved to the sofa seats.

Took the staff a while before she cleaned the table as she stopped halfway to serve food to other customers and left me standing there for a while before they finally cleaned the table for me to be able to sit down.

The homemade pan mee (RM12) I had was relatively tasty, but not fantastic. The Americano was ok and a small cup for RM8 was pricey. The additional 10% service charge was definitely not worth it! Lovely set up, nice place to chill and eat. Ordered 2 dishes and 2 drinks. Firstly, the lady waiter was clueless about any food on the menu. As In how is the taste of the dish and basic flavour. She needs a little mentoring as well, she kept telling me biasa “India” order ini. This can be really offensive to some people…. please take note management. We ended up ordering one tauhu dish and it was super flat and was not worth the price because the waiter didn’t know how to guide. Very bad service! Waited for the menu for 10 min no one came to attend to us. The owner lady saw us coming into the restaurant, yet did not have the courtesy to greet or provide us with the menu or advised us on what should do. No QR code or label indicating that we have to make order in the counter. After waiting for so long we left the restaurant! The owner saw us leaving and no courtesy even to ask why we are leaving!
