Digital Sports Arena — Attraction in Shah Alam

went here with a friend.. its over hyped in my opinion and not worth it at all 😭😭😭 (btw i went here on monday.. and its not PH ok) anyways heres my reasons AND MY SUGGESTION TO IMPROVE

the price isnt reasonable AT ALL and its quite expensive😭 my suggestions = its better to go to 1u, n*gen, the prices are the same.. you just need to add 10ringgit extra, you can play LOTS of games too rather than this place.. 😭

the staffs behaviour😨😨😨… two of em was so “kerek”😂😂 like girl whut are you here for? working rite? then workkk😭 (minding you again i went there ON MONDAY [not ph], there isnt much ppl😭, so for what youre acting so reluctant and arrogant??) oh and.. theres this pingpong & pool section.. there were no staffs there, me and my friend wasnt so sure on how to play the thing beside the snooker, bcs duh none of the staff care to help.. THEY WERE ALL like gathering in one places, at the panjat panjat thingy… LIKE WHAT.. my suggestions = making sure that ALL OF THE STAFFS HAVE THEIR OWN SECTION TO TAKE CARE OF AND ACT LIKE ONE!!! THEY R LITERALLY GATHERING AT ONE PLACE LIKE MOST OF THE TIME?? just to let you know, we didnt play the soccer thingy, badminton, the thing beside the snooker BCS THE STAFFS WERE LITERALLY GATHERING AT ONE PLACES, CHATTING & PROLLY GOSSIPING? and they didnt notice me and my friend (we felt so disappointed bcs we paid for nothing)

its hot in there😭 i know maybe some of yall might think that ‘youre literally doing sports, of course you will sweat’ bruh😭 im pretty sure its the ac there… when my friend and i walked back to the mall, we were literally over the moon cause we finally get to feel the mall’s ac😭 my suggestions = pls just change the ac to a better one… add like the big ac stand (coway brand) bro for what yall charging so expensive and couldnt afford to put an ac stand??

besides panjat panjat thingy.. theres really not much to play.. my suggestions?? = read no 1. 👌🏻

out of 5? staffs : 2.5 out of 5 toilets cleanliness : 5 out of 5 prices: no need to explain i guess?

I recently had a fantastic experience with my daughter at Digital Sports Arena, i-City, Shah Alam. The facilities offered an opportunity for me and my kids to step out of our comfort zones and embrace various challenges, including height challenges, wall climbing, and games that help you overcome fears. It was not only an adventure but also a chance for self-discovery.

Witnessing my daughter take on these challenges and conquer her fears was truly heartwarming. The environment at Digital Sports Arena provided a safe yet thrilling space for personal growth and skill development.

Personally, I found a unique way to release stress while jumping on the trampolines. The rhythmic thumping beneath my feet became a form of catharsis, allowing me to let go and simply enjoy the moment.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the enriching experience we had together. Digital Sports Arena not only offered a fun and exciting adventure for my daughters but also allowed me to share memorable moments with them. It's a place where both kids and adults can find joy, challenge themselves, and create...

Ok la good for children 7-12years old. Not recommended for teenagers. Hyperactive children will be enjoy the these kinda fun factor.

Around 10 factors. Not to say very excited, but children enjoy doing stunts, jumping, wall hanging, swing, running, etc. For your children can release tense.

For Child below 7years old need parent care, so the parents also need to buy ticket, so that they follow their children.

For Child above 7years, not recommended parent to buy ticket themselves. Because it’s secure and parents can view from aside. Most of parents who bought tickets for themself is wasted(just sitting and watching for hours).

Easy access from basement car park. Advertising board all over the building.

Child / Senior Citizen : RM35 (worth) Adult : RM45 (not worth it) Safety Socks : RM7 (cannot use own socks) Ticket type : Wrist tag / Wrist band paper. Level : UG.

Can try once in a lifetime. I won’t come to this Digital Sports Arena again. Nothing special...
