The Little Nyonya Cuisine @ Bukit Raja — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

I used to visit this restaurant few times per week with my family for dinner last year. The service isn't that good, which is fine, I can accept that. However what makes me decrease our visit here is the cheese baked rice is cold. This happens many times. At least half of the time, the rice is cold. Can you please imagine for a second having cold cheese baked rice? That is fine too. We still pay, went back, like it was nothing. We did however feedback to your staffs. They just smile. Which is kinda ironic and funny too. Smile is not a solution to cold rice. Still fine. We should have boikot the first time but we did not. Still went back like nothing happened. Until recently, my parents were sick. And she really wanted hot cheese backed rice. Is that really that hard of a request? Wasn't rice supposed to be hot in the first place? Long story short, after years of supporting this place, I am glad to have finally pulling the strings. We will not return as a family and I certainly will not recommend anyone tl visiting this place. If anything, I'd say stay out. Not worth being treated like this. Don't take my word for it though, please visit as an anonymous or secret shopper and see for yourself. Order and taste for yourself. Go multiple times. Judge for yourself. Can't fathom basic customer service when we're paying service tax aren't we. Even if we weren't, is that how rice should be served as? Firstly let's talk about environment and.atmosphere, it's good design , air con and dining setting are just well.

then let's talk about food quality, The chicken curry is not as fresh as I thought it should be. This restaurant just next to aeon fresh market, so should be easy get the fresh meat? but, not really . This curry chicken taste like it is overnight chicken. 🙈 or a month old frozen chicken. Curry soup taste good, not so spicy and rich coconuts milk.

The rice taste so so , and to be honest I don't like the combination.

The service here are quite friendly. reasonable price.

It was a very unpleasant experience dining here at The Little Nyonya Cuisine @ Bukit Raja Jusco. One of the staffs was very impolite and impatient towards us, might be the reason one of my aunty accidentally pressed on “Call” button twice when we weren’t ready to order. We did apologise to the staff for pressing the “Call” button but apparently the apology was not accepted. When we were paying the bill at the cashier counter, the staff was being so impolite that she tried to take the card merchant machine away when we haven’t finished pressing everything, with her impatient look. I believe that is better way to attend customers.
