OldTown White Coffee • ÆON Bukit Raja — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

I dined in at OTWC Aeon Bukit Raja a few days ago during puasa and the service was really bad. One of my family member ordered the chicken chop and on the menu it DID NOT say that it was unavailable therefore we proceed to order it but the chicken chop didn't come instead they substitute it with chicken popcorn WITHOUT notifying us at all. They somehow thought it was valid to serve a whole different meal than what we initially ordered without letting us know. When we voice out to the manager there she apologised to us and only then did she tell us that the chicken chop wasn't available when she or even the works there could have told us in the beginning while they were keying in our order and that it was the people in the kitchen who did it. The thing is, it didn't only happen to us, the table beside us were facing the same problem as well multiple times. We were being served food that we didn't order. The people who keyed-in the food were getting it all wrong or maybe they were doing it on purpose?

The food on the other hand was way to salty and in the end we didn't finish the food because we just couldn't take another bite. Overall it was a very bad experience and I don't think we will go to this branch anymore or even eat old town white coffee anymore. I think this is the...

Im a big fan of chicken Hor Fun. A must menu every single time I dine at any Old Town branch. However, im trully dissapointed with the Chicken hor fun here. The hor fun noodle smell like not properly washed. The noodle portion is big but broth too little for me. The most disappointing part is no CHILLI OIL 😭 staff said no chilli oil provided. So disappointing as one of the reason keep me coming to OTWC.

Today when I went and had lunch there with my father and younger brother in Aeon Bukit Raja sadly the brown bread is not available when we ordered the butter and kaya toast...
