It was one of the worst hotels I stayed at so far. First, we paid for the room via Aguda booking, which included tax and fees. When we arrived, they asked us to pay another 10 RM. Also, the room they gave us with a queen bed was super musty and smelly. The carpet was bad, plus it was way too small to squeeze in and perform our prayers. I went downstairs and requested a change, and the only one hey have to offer me is to upgrade and add another 30 RM per night. Also, I thought the color of the decor was a bit too much pinkšŸ™‚šŸ˜. The breakfast that we purchased with our room was also very disappointing. The coffee tasted terrible, not only that it had sugar in it. Who puts sugar in coffee for guests. Food is mostly Malaysian style, hardly anything for a Westerner to enjoy. Only fruits and boiled eggs that I was able to eat with some hashbrowns. Menue never changed daily. Finally, on our last night, we somehow got our reservation messed up. I'm not sure if it was Aguda or the hotel. Anyhow, we were supposed to check out on Monday morning, but upon our return on Sunday evening, the young receptionist women stopped us rudely and told us that we were supposed to checkout Sunday morning. Instead of being professional and helping me sort this mess. I thought she was arrogant and rude when I asked her how to solve this issue and pay for an extra night. She made ne feel like it was all my fault, and she had nothing to do with it. Instead, being a customer service oriented person. After paying her and going to my room, the card key didn't work. So I sent my wife to see what was wrong, instead of apologizing fir her incompetence, she told my wife we still need to pay room tax, like why was this not added when I payed for the missing night. Why did she not show any sympathy or even apologize for her mistake. Finally, when we opened our room door, we saw that they failed to clean the room and fix the bed. There you go, the worst hotel ever. Will never step foot in it.

+ve: of the male receptionist is friendly and helpful. -ve: for early check ins, there are additional charges. The hotel looks run down and it’s not a people friendly hotel ie The convenience shops (7e, KK Mart) or even the closest ATM were so far for walking distance and I definitely felt unsafe as a woman staying alone. The first few building blocks were rows of workshops. It’s dangerous to walk here alone. as for the hotel room itself, it was not properly maintained. There were stains, even i saw a dot of ā€œbloodā€ (i assume) stain on the carpet. Very dirty and can see mould building up in the bathroom and rust on the bedroom door. Upon staying there i realised there was a hole on the wall that i had to cover it with bunch of tissues. The hotel staff then took an ā€œinitiativeā€ to cover it with blue plaster as seen in photo. Thank goodness the bed cover was clean. Please maintain your hotel in order to keep this hotel running. Theres huge potential for this hotel, just need proper maintenance.

This is my first ever negative comment. I waited for 6 days to see improvement of the staff. But nothing done. I stayed and payed for 7 days quarantine period. It was not cheap. There is no hot water and i begging to the reception everyday to fix. The water barely flowing. The food is cold rm4 food. No flavor no season. No amenities replenished so means you have 3 tiny 20ml bottle bath foam for a while week. 6 instant coffee sticker, the 3rd day I requested top up. They give me 2 more. The next day I requested again top up. They said to me no. I mean coffee is everywhere inclusive and i drink usually 4/day. To be honest, basic is not provided. Staff seems helpfully show you a middle finger for any requests. Common people cold water???really is a basic amenities. 26c degrees to shower???? Highly not recommend this hotel at all.

This hotel is a joke. And I’m not even joking. First of all, there’s ample parking space in front of the hotel, but if you want a rooftop parking, you can do so but there’s no connecting lift to the hotel. Take the stairs peeps! Next, the interior of this hotel. You’d be confused if you are in a hotel building, or walking the aisles of a karaoke place just by looking at the wallpapers. Thirdly, the ROOM. I shared a room with a colleague from work and the bathroom walls were made out of frosted glass. Are you kidding me??? It was so uncomfortable to take a shower knowing the person outside can (almost) see you naked. The sink and pipe is also a joke. Pipe was so close to the sink you can only turn the tap halfway. And the wardrobe closet? It smells so funky, don’t put your clothes in there. Credit should be given for the room cleanliness though. And then there’s the Cafe. I have not seen a hotel rated with 3 stars with an empty cafe that serves drinks in PAPER CUPS. Someone should donate them cutleries. And no, they do not provide buffet. They’ll just cook a tray (or two) meals and leave them at the cafe. And ta daaa that’s your breakfast. Take it or leave it. No bread/butter/toast options, so you better eat that sambal petai early in morning k! No pastries, eggs whatsoever. Na da. No difference when it comes to lunch either. It is SAD! Ok enough with the ranting, in conclusion, when you walk into this hotel, you don’t get the feels of walking into a hotel. Instead you walk into a place that looks like it’s trying hard to stay alive. But if you do decide to stay here, bring your own iron and hairdryer ok. Irons are only provided in the ironing room. And also bring your own shower gel/shampoo. Trust me...

i was quarantine here for 5 days and the experience was terrible. Room is dirty with obvious stain on the carpet, dust on all switches and the window ledges above bed, stains on bathroom wall and the glass partition, the telephone is dusty and when I wiped them with wet tissue, it left yellowish stains on the tissue. Room is so small without even a table and chair... (which hotel don't even have a desk and chair???) so I have to squat at the edge of the tiny low cabinet and have my food there. WiFi is terrible with no connection half of the time. Bed and pillow has some smells on it. Light distribution is bad where the bed area has no ceiling light = dark during the night and you can only use the bed side lamp which is pretty dim. Oh and food is bad. almost everyday same dishes, rice with a tiny bunch of vege + curry chicken. not tasty, I can only bear that for a day, two most. then I can't even eat them anymore. they don't even bother to provide a better drink atleast. every meal come with another bottle of mineral water.

also, with this terrible meal they only allow 1 hour of outside delivery which is from 5 to 6pm. and oh well, they lost one of my delivery. a huge bag of groceries with drinks and cup noodle. the rider confirmed they sent it to the lobby with room number written but when I contact the reception they said they don't have it?

toilet paper is the thinnest I ever seen.

oh and they spilled thr curry on the desk out of my room on around day 2. then it was there for the rest of my quarantine and never clean up even until I leave.

this is my entire experience. I can provide photos too.

but other than that, pcr was arranged if you booked through myeg and ending quarantine...
