S2 Resident's rantings.. Good points: location is awesome, easy to get food and basic necessities. Don't know if I should add free parking as good or bad though..
Terrible points: complaining anything to the service-management is like talking to the wall. Then there are a thousand issues with the lifts- if there's gonna be ONLY one lift for everyone to use to access all floors including LG, then make it a spacious one, one that can fit 20 people, not the fit-8 people as they have it now, and this is the same one used by cleaners and contractors etc with their mega contraptions and stuff. The lifts (all of them) breakdown so often!! What kind of cheap product/service installed!!?
Then also in terrible-list is the worst designed parking spaces on every floor! Who designed it?? And next to my assigned resident car-park on P4, a motorbike illegally "parks itself" there! Complained to mgmt office, the girl there asked me to complain to security.. then went to security room at LG to complain, asked me to fill the complain logbook and yet 2 months later the bike is still living there. Mau buka pintu masuk and keluar kereta pun susah, idiot biker and bunch of lazy mgmt/security personnel.
Life living in Vista Alam condo/apartment is like living in run-down murah flat despite paying ratusan mgmt fees every month.

Read moreThe owner of this place has asked me to be constructive in my feedback. I shall give my honest feedback. I reached the place at 4am. I requested for early check in which owner replied there is someone staying inside the unit so I can't. I totally accepted that. So I hung around and owner did allow me to check in at 1230pm. Thanks to him . That is where the nightmare started. The room was dirty. Sofa is old and full of stains. Hair and dust. And stains on the floor. And also a used tissue on the floor. And place was infested with mosquitoes. Complained to owner. He promptly send 2 cleaners and left a pest spray in the unit.. the cleaners told me the unit was empty for at least a week. So someone lied.. here as owner told me the place was not vacant and therefore can't allow me to check in.
Another nightmare episode. In the night the coakroaches started to come out. Different sizes from small ones to big ones. I killed nearly at least 10 of them and took some photos. God knows what is living under the bed and sofa. I dare not to see.

Read moreThis was by far the worst Airbnb experience I have ever had. The place was absolutely filthy—there was trash left behind, stains on the furniture, and an unbearable smell throughout the property. It was clear that no effort was made to clean before our arrival, and it honestly felt disgusting to stay there.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the host was shockingly unprofessional. The check-in process was a nightmare—they were unresponsive at first, and when we finally reached them, they were rude, dismissive, and even started yelling at us. Their behavior was beyond unacceptable.
This host clearly has no respect for their guests or their property. I cannot stress enough—stay far away from this place. It’s an absolute disaster, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
