Im a fan of your Chicken Mandy but today had a bad experience with your staff. I ordered Chicken Mandy for take away and I requested for extra tomato sauce and soup and I told I will pay for the extra sauce and soup.Your waiter who took my order told me he will give me extra tomato sauce and soup and I dont have to pay for it.

Once the food is ready, different staff (not the staff who took my order) gave me my food pack.

Since this is not the first time I buy your Chicken Mandy, I can clearly see there was no extra sauce or soup.

The waiter who took my order also saw there is no extra soup or sauce and reminded the other staff in arabic language and I clearly heard he mentioned "extra sauce".

But the staff who pack my food clearly ignore it and still give my food pack without extra sauce or soup. I asked him if there is extra sauce and soup and he said "yes". He might be thinking this the 1st time i'm coming to the restaurant and I will not know if it the sauce and soup is extra or normal portion.

I was very dissapointed and opened the food pack in front of the staff and asked if this is "extra" or normal? Then he said sorry and got me the extra sauce and soup.

I was very upset and just put Rm2 at the cashier for the extra sauce and soup eventough he didnt ask the money and I left the restuarant.

If you want to charge extra for additional sauce and soup please let me know i'm willing to pay because i know its additional cost for you.

But, you lied to me you already pack additional sauce and soup. Do you think i will not realise it?

If you think i'm lying please check your cctv recording on Thursday, 25/01/2024 7.20pm - 7.40pm you can see what i ordered and what your staff packed.

To make things worst, he packed the wrong soup for chicken mandy. I have bought Chicken Mandy from you so many times from this shop and the soup has some vege like pumpkin in it. But today just because I asked for extra soup the staff packed me some clear soup which obviously not the same soup they give for Chicken Mandy.

If you dont believe what I say I have attached the photo of the Chicken Mandy soup your staff gave me and you can see yourself its not the Chicken Mandy soup.

Please note the waiter who took my order is not at fault. He took my order correctly. But the other staff who pack my food was very ignorant and tried to cheat me. Please train your staff.

I never ask for free extra soup or sauce. I was willing to pay extra since beginning but you told me dont...

Friday lunch 1)lamb fahsa - delightful , a tad sourish ,savory with right touch of variety of spices . End up order take away

2)lamb tajine -lamb tender , generous cut of carrot and radish (I assume) it was okayed. Comes with rice (mandi) I like it , not as Strong profile flavour nice nonetheless, rice good texture bouncy not too dry - will I re-order no ( personal preference)

3)small mixed appetizer - hummus has a bitter end taste, salad is crunch fresh and appetizing, eggplant (I think) so so .. - will I re-order no ..

4. madghout lamb lunch set - good rice is fragrant with mixed spices not overpowering same texture as mandi rice bouncy not overly druly. Yes I will come back for it.

5)lamb kebab sandwich - unfortunately no. Too little lamb can't taste it's profile. In between it's also plenty of vege which I don't mind but it kind of drying the sandwich hard eat . Sorry not for me.

6)Turkish coffee - good strong thankfully no bitter end taste.

Pricing - very fair . Ice lemon tea at rm5. Turkish coffee rm6.00. for this pricing (include hot dishes)I think many will not hesitate to come back.

Air conditioner a bit warm, staff service level - okok , not rude...

For ±RM200 I paid...THIS IS A NIGHTMARE experience!

1. Me and my family had made reservations along with food n drinks order through call & Whatsapp hours earlier.
2. We had arrived at about 6pm for iftar (yes we did arrived quite early)
3. Iftar started at 7.20pm, but THERE IS NO FOOD OR DRINKS BEING SERVED to us...only some pieces of dates...not even any plain water!
4. Ok, we tried to be patient...and then food is served at around 8pm (-_-), when I asked it's not what I ordered through Whatsapp, the waiter said, the order menu has finished, so we changed to this (without even notifying us??)
5. We started eating for iftar at around 8pm.. (-_-)!!!
6. Remember that drinks haven't served? Yes we ate almost half of our food and drinks not yet served! I walked to nearby shop and bought some drinks for me and my family.
7. To be fair, food is served hot, taste is ok ...Drinks suddenly arrived when we almost finished our meal...haha
8. Another nightmare! During payout at cashier counter, credit card machine having issue...people are lining up...and cashier informed only cash...Hello? Why don't there any option like bank transfer or using NUMEROUS of E-wallet that are...
