Had a dinner there. Ordered 1 nasi ayam penyet and 2 chicken chop (jimat one). First, i wanna critics about the workers; When i arrived there, i found out that the place is almost full of people but i saw a six seater table(still got plates and leftovers from previous group i think) so i go and meet the worker there. I asked “saya ada dua orang je tapi saya nak duduk sini boleh ke? Sebab yang lain 4 seater and other dah ada orang.” Then she BUAT MUKA bad facial expression and said,”hm bolehla” BOLEHLA? With an expression like she hates the customers that came there. U can just say it with good expression. Then, i just stayin cool and just sit at the table(she picks only the plates at the table where I want to sit and let the other plates left there) After like 5-8 minutes I felt uneasy and I asked for their worker(this time a guy) to come and clean the table up. He came and said to me ,”Oh, ingatkan penyabar” I was so shocked that I asked him to repeat again his words. And he repeats it but i just stay calm. I think to him it maybe just a way of him to tryin to make fun/jokes but bruh, Its a bare minimum for a worker to clean the table as fast as u can as soon u saw there r other customer sits there. Oh and for an extra info, he ALREADY walk cross my table several times and based of what he answered, he already KNOW that my table needs to be cleaned but he just chose to let it be. Yes,after i called him he cleaned it but then he apologised for being late to cleanup the table. I was like ok nevermind and just stay cool again throughout the time. lastly, i wanna critics about the service. The food arrived so late that I remmebered I ordered at 9.40 ish something and the food arrived at almost an hour after 9.40. I was lucky that I came there with my stomach ady been halfly filled with foods. I dont think my order is too much and i dont care if yall wanna use “too many customers” as the reasons for u to deliver my food late. If yall want to be a better and succesful franchise for foods, u better take secret recipe as example. Even if the restaurant is ady full of ppl, they still managed to deliver their food maximun 15 mins late.
Good things:- The food is undeniably good.The restaurant airconditioning etc is nice. it is cosy. Good way to prder ur food thru qr, although from the qr it shows that u can only pay using cash at counter, but act at counter u can pay using ur cards.
But that would be my 1st and last time going to this restaurant. If u want to be good and better, u need to accept this criticism with an open heart and learn from ur mistakes.Admit ur mistakes and...

I am one of the customers who came with my family for the first time to enjoy a dinner at Mioskitchen in section 15 Shah Alam. The restaurant's condition is excellent and attractive.
First, I'd like to make a complaint about the service offered by the team who works there. In the beginning, the staff (no names needed) takes orders in a good and orderly manner. However, the food we ordered took over an hour to arrive. We enquired with the crew, but we were not treated the same way as before. The restaurant's situation can be described as "not completely full." Not all food arrives late; some things arrive early but are cold or not cooked. I was wondering why the food was taking so long to come when it was cold. Is the food ready or not?
Second, the food paid for is not worth it. We ordered Spaghetti Aglio Olio for RM 25.00, which came in a small portion and was very salty. Not only that, but the New Year 2024 Combo for RM 84.90 came with a small portion, hard meatballs and lamb, less lettuce, and plastic particles in our dish. We don't want to make this a public issue because it could jeopardize the reputation of Mioskitchen Seksyen 15 Shah Alam, but what actions and responses can you provide? We don't care about the price, but we pay and don't get meals worth the price.
Third, we felt we had waited too long and decided to return home, intending only to pack the food. When I was talking to the crew, they seemed dissatisfied with my behavior and glared at me with no sense of shame. Is this the proper way to service a restaurant crew? How can the personnel do that to their customers?

When we have to pay our bills, the staffs show us around RM100+. Disappointingly, they implemented QR scanning for the ordering system. How can my table get extra orders? That staff didn't even apologize to us. The second experience was the worst, I think. We had our dinner at the same store since their food is affordable and tastes good. As I went there for the first time, when you enter the store, you may see a laminated yellow paper on their cake display chiller stating "Cash Only".
