Lily and Loft — Hotel in Subang Jaya

Poor service

During viewing I already asked the availability from 23 May to 1st week of June, the agent Oscar told me it's no booking after 17 May. On Friday I confirmed to rent from 29 May to 4 June, he said no problem and he will get back to me for the check-in time on Monday. Monday I still need to take initiative to message him for 2 times to follow up, he didn't manage to let me check-in early and told me only can let me know the day before. Because we rent for 7 days and really hope to get the arrangement to check-in at 12pm. He said this is his boss decision. Fine. He suddenly informed me that he missed out there is a booking last month, 1st to 2nd June already booked by others. When I checked with their general line again, the agent can tell me immediately about the booking and it's booked from 1st to 3rd June.

I'm helping my company to book for an event, I don't delay the decision and keep following up with him, even ask for bank account and ready to bank in.
