The roti canai is nice and soft which I posted 2 years ago and gave a 3 star rating but as far as the workers are concerned, especially the cashier/supervisor that manned the counter on 27/01/2020, 2200hrs, he'll get a zero rating. He was arrogant and rude. He made a mistake with my order but he cut me off when I tried to explain to him what went wrong. Didn't even looked me in the eye too. Made it looked like it was my fault.
To the owner of this joint, if youre reading this review, kindly take note that if you hire arrogant and rude workers, no matter how good your food is, you will surely lose your customers slowly but surely. As far as i'm concerned, it's my last time going to have any meal in this restorant. It has lost 3 regular customers due to worker's arrogance. It's no way to run a business as the customers pay their salary. I won't recommend to anyone to go to this joint for their meal.

Read moreService has really gone down the drain. Wanted to order nasi goreng kampung, the guy was busy packing nasi kandar and other orders, told me to wait. I said again NASI GORENG so he can send the order to the cook to start cooking first, he got irritated thinking I was trying to cut queue and became rude. I had to wait for him to pack all the other orders first then finally asked me what I want while holding a plate of white rice. I said third time NASI GORENG he just nodded and still holding the plate. Finally somehow it clicked in his head and he put the rice back into the bucket shaking his head like I’m the one who gave wrong order. Less than 10 minutes later the fried rice was done, waited so long because the waiter don’t know how to send the order ahead while he’s packing other things. Read moreI come here becoz of good recommendation of their roti canai. But im very DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR TREATMENT/SERVICE. Each time giving my food order. No one is taking it. Even already take ur order also can mistakenly mix up the food. So annoying. I kept forgiving becoz i think maybe their have some ISSUE going on. But already been here for more than 5times. This time really make me angry and annoy. Their think becoz their shop is popular. Their can act like what ever their want! Let me give u a piece of advise. If ur shop worker still behave like this.
