This is about the idiyappam my sister bought from your shop around 7.00pm after fetching her daughter from school. She wanted 5 pieces but the waiter offer another 1 since was left, so she ended up taking 6 in total.
When my niece opened the pack around 7.45pm for dinner, the idiyappam was already smelly, can see the picture and video shiny and sticky completely spoiled. She even made a “weeekk” sound when she open. We had no choice but to throw everything straight into the bin.This is unacceptable. How can you still sell food that has clearly gone bad?
Take your food handling and storage seriously. If the idiyappam is made in the morning, don’t keep it until night and still sell it as if it’s fresh. Customers trust that what they are buying is safe to eat.
