El Capitan Boutique Resort — Hotel in Baja California

We booked our stay for 3 days upon our arrival --there was no one that would answer the phone -gives us any info about the rental .many hrs of waiting i had to sleep in my truck with my two daughters and wife till the sun came up and finally the owner who lives on the property open his door and started answering our questions - and come to find out someone else was given our room -to accommodate us he gave us the love suit with an inflatable mattress for my daughters --really bad attitude when giving us the wifi password or any info I would ask.

I had to leave my door open while I went out and visit Ensenada because he didn't give us a code for the room ---I rented the place for 3 nights only slept one actual night and was charged for 3 nights -

The location is really scary the entire time I felt like I was going to come out of my room and my Toyota tundra missing --stressful vacation .

I wouldn't recommend to anyone -there was another family there a day before me who had to sleep outside aswell because he was given the code to his room but not the main door into the building ..this place needs a lot of organizing to provide a good healthy and happy visit for our...

This resort is a hidden gem 💎 with great prices and views. We stayed in the " panda roja" suite ( each suite has its own unique name and theme ). The rooms are very spacious, and our patio faced the ocean ( great views ). Very clean rooms, hallways, and amenities. The top floor was my daugthers favorite. She loved to swim in the infinity pool and hang out in the jacuzzi. You can also bbq on top with the grills that are available on the top floor. Very quite location with parking available on sight. The owner is usually on sight and is very helpful and accommodating. This location is 6 minutes away from Puerto nuevo where you can eat 🦞 lobsters and shop for souvenirs. This location is also closer to Tijuana ( 40 min ) . 1 hours away from ensenada ( where the port is ) . I highly recommend this place for family getaways, romantic getaways, or just...

El Capitan Boutique was a phenomenal experience. The rooms are immaculate, clean and modern.

Not to mention the amenities, sauna, hot tubs, and a beautiful ocean view from the deck.

I would recommend staying here to anyone looking to vacation...
