BEWARE, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY SO THAT THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN TO YOU. Check in was okay but the issue was that there was no running water and no one informed me upon arrival. It wasn’t until I got into my room and tried using the shower/bathroom that I realized nothing was coming out. We spoke with the person who was in charge of the check in and he said he didn’t know how long it would take to fix it. He called the owner of the property and we overheard when she said “give them buckets of water to use to flush the toilet”. Since I had an event at 4pm (checkin was at 3pm), I left the property. We came back around 1am and water was coming out but when we tried to shower and use the hot water, no hot water came out. We turned on the hot water the way the sign on the shower said and left it running for about 20mins but nothing. My husband even checked the water heater and it seemed like it wasn’t working. I waited till 9am to try again and see if hot water was working but nothing. I contacted the property via the Booking app to try and resolve the issue but no one got back to me on time as my checkout was at 11am.
I called booking trying to get a refund for my stay and they advised to contact the property. I called and spoke to who I believe was the owner and she said “she couldn’t give me a full refund because they had fixed the water issue but would grant me a partial refund for my stay for the hot water issue”. I told her she needed to let booking know via email that she agreed to give me a partial refund and she said she would. I called booking today 07/07 and the confirmed that they had not received any requests for refunds and that they no longer had my fund but the property. The booking agent called the property to confirm what I had just told them and the agent mentioned that the owner/manager was very rude and said she wouldn’t give me my refund back.

Read moreAn excellent place to rest, to get there you have to go through a dirt road (I drive a sedan and I didn't have any problems), when you arrive a person greets you to confirm your check in and they give you the password for your cabin. The cabin is really very nice, very clean and modern, it has a small kitchen, air conditioning and a nice terrace.
The place has a pool (quite clean) and a common area with a grill and speakers to connect your cell phone.
The only bad thing is that the hot water in the shower doesn't last very long, the place isn't 100% closed (there isn't a main door when entering the property) and maybe getting to the place may seem a bit complex.
