Motel Via — Hotel in Baja California

I had reservations for this motel from 8-4/8-6 and I was able to complete my stay due to the horrible customer service I was given. I had planned to stay due to the Romeo santos and wisin y yandel concert. I had went to go pick up some friend before the show and brought them over so they can get ready to go to the show immediately I was told that I had to pay 600 peso extra for the guest that I had brought when I told the lady in the front that I was bringing them just for them to change and she said it was it ok but the security guard was saying that he had seen them stay the night which wasn’t true . The second day I did the same thing they came change and left there bags so they didn’t have to take them to the concert , when we returned later that night we were not granted access to my room that I had payed for to pick up there thing so they can go home , the security guard and the lady from the front desk demanded me to pay for my guest that weren’t staying with me. They shut the guard door to my room and weren’t allowing me to get into my vehicle . My friends stared to blame them self and almost cried because they felt responsible and that was not the case it took me about an hr for me to get access to my room and get my belongings and I told them I was leaving that I was not pleased with the way the staff behaved and treat me please if u go to this motel read the paperwork and record everything because they will abuse you and make u pay for things that...

I agree with others about the price change once you get there. It's not the one on the booking. The delivery staff makes promises they don't keep but do keep the money. Don't trust w/too much cash. Unless you don't mind the hand out. Lol. Room wise is good. Food I did not like. Beans taste like can ones not homemade. I bought from them a bucket of ice. It was served in a mini dirty trash can. Of coarse, not worth the price. I am highly disappointed. I wanted to rent the swimming pool room for future event and ask to see it. Never viewed it in the 2 days I paid to sleep and rest . I really don't want to continue. I said too much negetive. I'm not use to. But feel obligated too. My mom always use to tell us... If you don't have something good to share, don't. And I just went against her wishes. Forgive me. God bless....

We had a good stay here at the motel, very nice room, with a jacuzzi. You have to call to have water turned on for it, and you have to mess with the button to start it. There is a guy name Tony, he speaks english and was awesome dealing with us Americans. If you have a truck you cant park forward in a corner room garage, you have to back it in, even if you have a car i would back it in. Room service is cool they have a little side box next to the door were they put your food and you leave the money without having to open your door. We felt very safe staying here, you call to let them know you leaving, they will open and close the garage door to your room. The neighborhood isnt the best place to roam around, especially at night, but the motel was safe and secured. Again ask for Tony, awesome guy to...
