This place is a bit of a find. Only 20 minutes walk from downtown Cancun, the house and rooms are well presented by Laydi and her sister. You'll have access to a clean shared bathroom and a large communal kitchen and lounge. There isn't air conditioning, but you probably wouldn't expect that at this price. The WiFi is super fast and Laydi can print off any paperwork that you might need for tours and flights. There are loads of nearby shops and cafes and it's very easy to get around. The facility didn't have air-conditioning in the house which was so critical for me under the hot weather. Key-lock was also inconvenient as many facilities are using contact type fob keys nowadays.
