I love the wings, fríes and the all you can eat promo is good but you have to go whenever it is not too busy otherwise you will have some problems with the service and or food.

16/01/2023 on this day I was there again and still the same as before with the food I loved it first round of food was good second round a little cold but I didn't mind actually kinda liked better this way, but to each its own. The service was good but not great for the reason that they make me wait for too long in between rounds of food and they made me purchase a drink so that I could get the everything you can eat promo.

05/12/23 ok as of this date the price of the everything you can eat promo has changed to $209 pesos which is still a good deal for the option of the different types of foods.

30/06/25 Hello, ok today was a good service from ELIZA she was nice, polite, and she's very beautiful. I was really impressed by how quickly they got my food out and in between rounds too very fast.

11/08/25 Hola again, today once again I had the pleasure of ELIZABETH service and it was great the food was good too. But I think it helps to be the very first customer to 😁. The price of the all you can eat is $189 but only on Monday...

I dont know what to say, we asked for crispy chicken, you know crispy as KFC crispy, polo frito, and we got grilled covered in some sauce. I wouldn't say anything but we did pointed few times on crispy polo photo on the menu, and saud "sauce aside" and "sauce separate". So yup, we are dissapointed. Also we ordered 1 meal of 7 wings and got 2 meals of 7 wings. Waiter should explain better if he didnt understood what we wanted. Ok, lets now go to quality of food. We waited for at least 20 minutes for food to arrive and french fries came cold!? Grilled chicken was mild, more cold then hot. How? I don't know. Mi experiencia en Rebel Wings dejó mucho que desear por varios motivos. En primer lugar, el mesero nos indicó que no podíamos realizar un nuevo pedido hasta terminar por completo lo que ya habíamos consumido, asegurando que así lo establecían las condiciones del restaurante. Sin embargo, revisamos y no había ninguna regla al respecto, lo cual fue frustrante e innecesario.

Otro punto negativo fue la calidad de las boneless, que parecían incompletas o incluso cortadas a la mitad, lo que nos dio la impresión de que las porciones no eran adecuadas ni justas. Además, solicitamos un aderezo para la ensalada, pero el mesero se negó a traerlo, argumentando que no estaba incluido. Esto tampoco estaba especificado en el menú, dejando claro que hay una falta de claridad en la información ofrecida al cliente.

Para rematar, en la última tanda de boneless con salsa teriyaki que pedimos, no les pusieron ajonjolí, a diferencia de las anteriores porciones que sí lo tenían. Este detalle refleja una falta de consistencia en la preparación de los alimentos.

En general, entre el mal servicio y los problemas con la comida, la experiencia no cumplió con las expectativas. Creo que tienen mucho que mejorar en atención al cliente y en la calidad de los platillos. Por ahora, no volvería ni lo...
